If you recently received an email notification from Primal Harvest letting you know that there's a problem with the payment method on file, kindly follow the steps below:
Please login to your Primal Harvest account or click this link Account Login.
Note: If you don’t have an account created yet, please click on the option below that says Need Help Accessing Your Subscriptions, and an activation link will be sent to your email address registered in the system. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
After successfully logging in, go to Manage Subscriptions
Go to the Payment Methods tab and click on the drop-down menu as shown below:
Please click on the Edit Payment Method option and then a pop-up box to add your billing information will show. Just click on the update card and a verification successful message will show after completing the process.
